REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL STRIP MALL FEASIBILITY STUDY
Wahnapitae First Nation is seeking qualified firms or consultants to conduct a feasibility study for the development of a strip mall at the First Nation. This study will assess the market demand, financial viability, site suitability, and other critical factors necessary for the successful planning and development of the strip mall.
The proposed strip mall will be located on the First Nation. This project envisions the development of a retail center with multiple units designed to house local businesses, service providers, and external tenants that will offer a range of services to both the local community and visitors.
The strip mall project aligns with Wahnapitae First Nation’s commitment to economic self-sufficiency, community development, and the creation of long-term employment opportunities for its members. The feasibility study will be critical in determining the scope, design, and financial viability of the project, as well as its potential economic, social, and environmental impact.

Submission Instructions
All proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Lilli Doughty, Economic Development Specialist, Wahnapitae First Nation. The deadline to submit all proposals and documents is Monday, November 18, 2024 at 12 pm.
